【Project Manager】Energy Infrastructure & Sustainability

• Lead project team and oversee project hand-over, planning, and execution.
• Define project plans, including scope, financial plans, schedules, and risk management.
• Monitor and control project progress, issue progress reports, and update project data regularly.
• Conduct project reviews, analyse performance, monitor costs, expenses, cash flow, and invoicing.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities, capturing lessons learned.
• Ensure formal project close-out and contract acceptance by the customer.
• Apply contract and claims management, procure necessary services, materials, and equipment.
• Act as the main contact for the customer and manage stakeholder communication.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies, report incidents, and model safe work behaviours.

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Additionally 3+ years experience in related project management, ideally in the construction of high voltage substations.
• Project Management qualifications like PMP or Prince 2 are a great plus
• Proficient with MS Suite and other project scheduling tools; excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders
• Business level English skills or higher
• Business level Japanese skills or higher
