A global fashion company is looking for a Financial Controller. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, manage external partners, and ensure compliance with company policies.

A global luxury fashion company. The company specialises in ready-to-wear apparel for both men and women, including denim, shoes, accessories, and clothing. Operating globally with a number of stores through distribution channels and wholesale partners.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including general ledger entries, internal and external support, closing, and reporting for selected legal entities
• Manage and support external accounting partners for selected legal entities
• Ensure compliance with company accounting and reporting policies
• Prepare internal monthly and yearly reports and analyses; assist auditors
• Improve internal monthly reporting processes and policies
• Handle VAT and other statutory reporting
• Support Head of Global Accounting and CFO with ad hoc analyses and process development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, finance, or accounting
• More than 5 years of experience as an accountant or financial controller
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 is ideal
• Fluent level English
