【Job Responsibilities】

・Development of AI Chat application for Enterprise using AI models

・Optimize product architecture design and system integration

・Research and evaluate the latest technologies and integrate them into the technology stack

・Lead the technical team and assist in the technical growth and team building of different roles including front-end, back-end, and AI engineers.（Lead members in Japan as well as off-shore)

・Continuous improvement and maintenance of code quality and performance

【Requirements】

・Minimum 5 YEARS of work experience in a technical role 

・Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or other web technologies

・Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, etc.)

・Experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL

・Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
