• Manage the online product catalog, including listings, descriptions, and imagery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing and collaborate with logistics partners.
• Continuously improve the website's user interface and experience.
• Plan and implement online marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website visibility and traffic.
• Regularly analyze e-commerce metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities.
