Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the supply network and establish strategic partnerships with suppliers
• Analyse demand forecasts and develop appropriate production plans
• Develop logistics plans to ensure efficient transportation and distribution of products
• Assess and manage risks across the entire supply chain
• Research and introduce new technologies and best practices
• Develop and monitor budgets for supply chain activities
• Set "Site SC objectives" based on factory objectives and deliver results OTIF
• Develop and establish new supply chain processes and procedures for new products

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
• More than 5 years of service experience at production site
• Practical experience as project leaders with middle magnitude for the company
• Proficiency in SAP MM, PP
• Expertise in supply chain management software such as SAP or Oracle SCM
• Understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of HSE and 5S, and ability to apply to operations
• Proficient Japanese and English
