- Develop and execute the CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Advocacy teams to ensure CRM system alignment with business needs.
- Analyze customer data, segment customers, create personalized campaigns, and measure CRM initiative effectiveness.

- Competitive base salary: 7-8 million yen per year plus a 10% incentive.
