・Develop the strategy of external communication and communication governance aligning with corporate strategy and implementing actions identified
・Ensure the high quality of communication content to generate a positive reputation for us externally.
・Develop relationships with national and regional press contacts and the government to promote the company's reputation and deflect criticism.
・Being a liaison with Group Communication teams and other entities to leverage them

・B.A. or equivalent qualification above. A specific communication/public relations/brand qualification would be a plus.
・Requires experience in Communication functions either in or outside the company. Length of experience could be varied depending on developed personal skills, but the minimum is a year, and 10+ years better
・Experiences in insurance finance or regulated industry are excellent to have
・Experiences in working for a global company with frequent contacts with HQ are excellent to have
・Experience in managerial responsibility.
・Ability to capture corporate-level strategy and critical topics and then translate them into communication contents
・Ability to make a quick understanding of the business contexts (insurance market, company’s strategy, and projects)
・Strong interpersonal communication skills
・Strong writing skills both in Japanese and English
・Project management skill / People management skill
