Description

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to managing client relationships.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and clients within your sector.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Support consultants in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
• Utilize CRM systems and tools to track candidate and client interactions.

Job Offer

COMPENSATION:
You will start with a guaranteed competitive base salary (based on skills and experience) with quarterly incentive based on your individual and team performance.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop within the recruitment industry
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing roles is advantageous
• Business or Fluent level Japanese Skills are advantageous
