【業務内容】
クライアントである、虎ノ門に所在する有名外資系企業において、
スーパーバイザーとして常駐いただきます。
海外のお客様も多く、ハイレベルなホスピタリティの提供を求められます。
〇キッチンスタッフ・サービススタッフの管理、育成
〇業務における各種改善提案、実行管理
〇チームメンバーの就業管理、チームマネジメント
〇各業務に関する各種報告書や記録の作成など
