You would take on HR and TA responsibilities and become a key figure in hiring both technical and business-side talent for a rapidly expanding IT business, and work in a close-knit and international team.

- Collaborate with department heads on hiring strategy
- Source, screen and interview potential personnel
- Plan the department's mid-term hiring strategy
