Description

• Determine and define project scope and objectives for IT software development
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan based on priorities provided by product managers
• Break down tasks with an understanding of features and architecture
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Be a role model to the team members when it comes to ownership, proactivity and taking responsibility
• Handle organisational tasks to support the section

• Bachelor's Degree (BS) in computer science, engineering, or related field (Masters is welcome)
• Minimum 4 years experience in software development project management
• Business Level English (TOEIC 800~)
• Knowledge of IT systems (Web service system developer preferred)
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Experience working directly with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders
• Experience in creating technical documents (e.g. API Specifications, DB Relationship Diagram, Architectural Design)
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies (preferably Scrum and Kanban), and best practices
• Strong familiarity with modern project management software tools, preferably JIRA/Confluence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working in cross-cultural development teams
• Warm personality with excellent communication skills
