This exciting role within a medium-sized team focuses on Contracts and New Business Development and supports business teams closely as the company aims to build a project of national importance. You will be working with partners in Japan and overseas, with the main responsibilities as follows:
- Advising business colleagues on strategic legal matters relating to a global manufacturing venture company
- Negotiating and drafting a range commercial contracts, in Japanese and English
- Planning and leading negotiations with external partners
- Anticipating and mitigating any legal risk relevant to the business
