The Role

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with global and local business goals.
• Partner with senior management and department leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
• Drive financial performance through insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Manage day-to-day financial activities, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax compliance. - Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Lead and mentor finance team.

Your Skills

• Min. 10 years experience in finance and accounting
• Good track record in finance business partnering and FP&A
• Bilingual capability: Native Japanese skills and business level English
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
