• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a company with at least 200 employees.
• Fluent in Japanese and business-level English.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive HR initiatives that support business goals.
• Bachelor's degree
