Sales Account Manager - LED Products

• This position will need to generate new business opportunities and acquire design wins from Luminaire manufacturers.
• You are expected to establish the relationship with the key accounts within the market also work closely with distributors, end customers and industrial stake holders to further grow the business.

Description

• Generate new business and win designs from luminaire manufacturers and project OEMs.
• Work closely with distributors, end customers, and stakeholders to propose light engine and driver solutions, aiming to drive new sales in driver products.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential customers.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to develop new products for the local market.
• Address quality issues and resolve customer complaints through technical analysis and immediate action plans.

Job Offer

• Total salary will be from 8 Million to 10 Million JPY but open to discuss with right experiences
• Very flexible in terms of location

• Self starter and result driven, able to travel within Japan, fluent English is also required for this position.
