In this position, you will drive the business through project management.
You will have a diverse experience in an environment close to the business side, starting with development project management.

"WealthPark Business", a business support SaaS that connects real estate owners and property management companies through an application, has been in service since September 2017 and is currently used by approximately 110,000 property owners and 160 property management companies.

With the expansion of DX business for real estate developers, especially "WealthPark Business" development projects for major real estate developers, brokers and management companies, the importance and management complexity in the business is increasing, and the company is looking for a project manager who can drive the business through development in an ambiguous environment. 【Responsibilities】
You will be part of a team that reports directly to the CTO for this position.
You will be responsible for managing complex product development, improvement, and integration projects with the VP and CTO.

Coordinate technical integration of complex SaaS projects with external clients, their engineering teams and external vendors
Project management throughout the software development lifecycle
Management and prioritization of engineering team tasks
Conducting scrum ceremonies
Creation of project plans (resources, schedule, scope, etc.)
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, etc.)
Monitor project progress and report to relevant stakeholders
Identify technical components and stacks required for product implementation
Facilitate look-back meetings to identify and implement process improvements
Foster a culture of ownership among engineers

【Required】
3+ years of experience in project management
2+ years of experience as a software engineer
Interest in technology and system design and a certain understanding of technology and system design
Knowledge of Agile principles and practices
Interest in products, functions, and businesses and a positive understanding of products and businesses
Experience communicating with clients
Business level Japanese language skills (e.g., able to discuss system integration with clients)
Communication in English

【Preferred】
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
PMP (Project Management Professional)
