Job Summary:
Transpak seeks a highly qualified Manufacturing Manager to lead our overseas operations.
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of our business, including strategic planning, operations management, team leadership, client relations, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives. This position requires hands-on production duties and we are seeking someone who is not afraid to work with their hands.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
2. Oversee day-to-day operations, including logistics, supply chain management, quality control, and financial management.
3. Lead and manage a diverse team, ensuring high performance, motivation, and professional development.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
5. Collaborate with the global Transpak team to leverage resources, best practices, and opportunities for synergy.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate policies, maintaining high standards of ethics and integrity.
7. Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion or diversification, and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in management roles, preferably in the manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.
3. Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading teams to success.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
5. Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to identify business opportunities and challenges.
6. Busines level English, both written and spoken.
7. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
8. Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Annual Salary Range:
¥7,000,000-¥12,000,000
