【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

《Recruitment Background》
The food delivery e-commerce service "Oisix" launched its iOS app in 2015 and its Android app in 2017. Currently, there are approximately 400,000 members for the service, more than half of whom use the app to make their weekly purchases. The company is looking for an Android App Engineer to work with us to evolve the smartphone app in order to provide a better customer experience.

《Department》
You will be assigned to the "Android Section" of the Oisix Development Department in the Software Engineering Division. Currently, there are four application engineers in the Oisix Development Department, and many members are involved as outsourced workers. Senior members will support you during the unfamiliar period immediately after joining the company. In addition, many of the engineers work mainly remotely, and the company also provides a remote work environment.

《Your Role》
Currently, they are working to improve UI/UX based on the concept of "frictionless" so that customers can shop without stress. In addition, they are working to improve quality through refactoring in order to increase productivity in application development and to apply design patterns in line with the times. Based on these policies, you will work on the development of new functions and UIUX improvements.

《Career Path》
First, you will be expected to expand the scope of your role as an Android App Engineer for Oisix. In the future, you will develop your expertise as an app engineer and lead the development of smartphone apps for Oisix La Daichi's various services.

【Required】
・3+ years of experience developing native applications for Andorid
・Experience in team development
・Experience in development with architectures such as MVVM and MVP

【Preferred】
・Experience developing native apps for iOS
・Experience in automation using CI/CD
・Experience in continuously improving products based on user feedback such as behavior logs and interviews
・Experience managing a team of engineers
