【JOB DESCRIPTION 】

The company's QA team is a group of professionals who support services from a quality perspective, and is responsible for all of the following engineering tasks.

・Specification review and specification improvement in the upstream of the development process
・Test planning, test design, test execution and bug reporting
・Reporting of test results (including bug analysis)
・Promotion of testing efficiency and automation for web, smartphone apps and back-end testing
・Design, implementation, operation and maintenance of API testing, E2E testing, UI testing and regression testing
・Improvement of the overall development process

【Required】
・Experience in QA work or web and mobile app development
・Experience in test design and execution for web apps and smartphone apps
・Business level Japanese language skills
・Ability to communicate within a project and execute projects smoothly
・Ownership and strong commitment to delivery

【Preferred】
・Experience in software development
・Experience in QA at a web services company or in the financial industry
・Experience managing test execution for a QA team (managing 3~4 people)
・Experience in test automation
・Business level English proficiency
