In this position, you will build and operate a scalable infrastructure that organizes and enables the use of aggregated data to support the future of the company's products and business growth.

■About the Position
The company is working to provide value to users through data analysis, develop functions using machine learning technology, and utilize data in all areas of its operations. However, in anticipation of future user scale and organizational expansion, the company needs to thoroughly improve and develop its data utilization infrastructure.

In developing products, the company aggregates data accumulated in databases and log bases into BigQuery, builds DWHs and data marts, and handles data analysis as needed. As the business expands, the company is looking for specialists to maximize the potential of the data in terms of data quality control and usability. In addition, since there is a large amount of amorphous data such as information on human connections and feature vectors derived from machine learning, there is an urgent need to build a data infrastructure to properly organize and enable the use of such data in a form that is easy to utilize.

As an Analytics Engineer, you will be responsible for building and operating a data infrastructure that maximizes the potential of data, as well as DWH, data marts, reporting infrastructure, reverse ETL, and other systems.

■Reponsibilities
Construction and operation of data infrastructure to store data accumulated from inside and outside the service
Construction and operation of DWH and data mart
Construction and operation of data utilization mechanism such as reverse ETL
Construction and operation of mechanisms to ensure data quality
Selection and construction of analytical reporting infrastructure

■Minimum qualifications
Empathy with Beatrust's Vision and Mission
3+ years of experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role (Data Engineer, Data Scientist, etc.)
Knowledge and experience in data analysis
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and other DBs
Knowledge and experience with cloud environments such as GCP / AWS / Azure
Knowledge of software development best practices
Enthusiasm for improving and sharing technology
Python coding skills
Ability to work at a business level or above in Japanese and English

■Preferred qualifications
Experience leading development teams
Knowledge and experience in DevOps / MLOps, etc.
Basic knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and information retrieval
Contribution to open source projects
Experience communicating externally through study groups, events, blog writing, etc.
