Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for the entire supply chain management to expand business and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. This person will strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer service. As well as coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, agents and customers.

Description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation and customer service.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, agents and customers.
• Maintain optimal quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery time, transportation costs and efficiency.
• Resolve any complaints or issues that arise.
• Supervise, guide and train warehouse employees.
• Achieve KPIs for cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct result analysis and performance evaluation, and implement improvements.
• Comply with legal regulations and ISO requirements.
• Direct and coordinate the optimization of the entire supply chain.
• Arrange warehouses, plan routes and process shipments.
• Communicate frequently with division managers in Asia and Japan and logistics managers in each division.

• More than 5 years of experience in similar logistics operations.
• Experience working for a medium-sized company with overseas transactions.
• Adaptable and flexible to customers, teams, and business
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal support.
• Able to use past experiences and mistakes as positive opportunities for improvement.
• Customer-oriented and able to build good relationships with customers and agents.
• Decisive and problem-avoiding with a "can do" attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to engage and manage members.
• Able to see the big picture and take a comprehensive approach, not just the priorities and needs of your own department.
• English skills (able to read, write, and speak)
