Lead demand/supply planning and inventory management for finished goods, optimizing inventory and enhancing customer satisfaction. Play a critical role in achieving DOS, Net Inventory, and cash flow targets.

Description

• Achieve DOS and Net Inventory targets while supporting revenue goals and on-time delivery.
• Analyze and improve inventory and demand management processes, documenting procedures.
• Generate reports for inventory analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Adjust safety stock levels based on demand changes, collaborating with Sales/Service teams.
• Monitor demand forecasts, making adjustments in the forecasting process.
• Evaluate inventory performance monthly, providing root cause analysis and actions for optimization.
• Manage aged inventory and excess/obsolete stock, developing reduction plans.
• Update and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams and cross-functional departments.
