An international luxury brand is searching for a Logistics Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for monitoring performance of 3PL warehouse in terms of inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of shipments and other logistics processes
• Design and execute inventory strategies
• Handle KPI and QPR execution
• Work with key teams for POS and WMS IT management and maintenance
• Oversee transformation and change management
• Deliver KPI analysis and other relevant reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 10 years of professional experience
• More than 2 years of experience in people management is ideal
• Prior 3PL management experience
• Expertise in MS Excel
• Native level Japanese; business level English
