Qualifications:

• 技術資格欄に記載されている技術力および経験
• 顧客サービス、コミュニケーション、問題解決、対人スキルの高い方
• 問題解決能力
• 困難な顧客への対応能力、曖昧な状況での対応能力
•  2年以上のテクニカルサポートおよび/またはクラウド開発経験
• 以下の言語での開発およびデバッグの技術的熟練度および経験 C#.Net（必須）
• 以下のいずれかの言語での開発経験があることが望ましい： C++、Visual Basic .NET、Java、Python、PHP、Node.js、JavaScript、Go
• Azure PaaSサービス（Web Apps、Function、Media Services、Redis Cache、Service Bus、Event Hub、Cloud Service、Batch）のサポートおよび開発経験
• IIS、Azure Web Appsを利用したWebサイトのトラブルシューティング、開発経験（必須）
• Apache、Tomcat、WordPressの知識があること。
• Visual Studio（優遇）またはその他の統合開発環境（Eclipse、XCode、Visual Studio Code）に精通していること。
• アプリケーション開発におけるフレームワークの理解： .NET Framework (優遇) またはその他のアプリケーション開発フレームワーク (J2EE, Apache Struts, Ruby on Rails)

日本語： 流暢な日本語レベル必須、ビジネスレベルの英語力必須。

• Technical proficiency and experiences described in the technical qualification part
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Capacity to deal with difficult customers and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• 2+ years of experience technical support and/or cloud development
• Technical proficiency and experiences of development and debugging in following language: C#.Net (Mandatory)
• Good to have experience in any of the languages: C++, Visual Basic .NET, Java, Python, PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, Go
• Support and development experiences with Azure PaaS services (Web Apps, Function, Media Services, Redis Cache, Service Bus, Event Hub, Cloud Service, Batch)
• Trouble shooting and development experiences for Web site by using IIS, Azure Web Apps (Mandatory)
• Good to have knowledge on Apache, Tomcat, WordPress.
• Technical proficiency of Visual Studio (Preferred) or any other Integrated Development Environment (Eclipse, XCode, Visual Studio Code)
• Understanding of Framework in Application development: .NET Framework (Preferred) or any other application development Frameworks (J2EE, Apache Struts, Ruby on Rails）

Japanese Language: Fluent japanese level required and business level english required.
