【東京勤務】Associate Manager/Manager – プロジェクトマネージャー｜施工管理、建設経験者歓迎

Purpose of Job (Summary) :
To manage the project, ensuring a smooth operation transition, renovation and future development of a Hotel in Niseko, Hokkaido.

プロジェクトマネージャーとして当社が進めるニセコのホテルプロジェクトに幅広く携わっていただきます。

Principal Accountabilities :

1. To manage the transition the hotel operations from the current management to owner management, ensuring all infrastructure, staffing, and operational updates are efficiently implanted.
2. To manage all phases of equipment maintenance, facility upgrades, and asset management for the hotel.
3. To manage multiple project timelines and priorities, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest experience.
4. To plan and oversee the expansion projects, including the design and construction of additional rooms and amenities.

1. 現オペレーターからオーナーへのホテル運営の移行を管理し、すべてのインフラ、人員配置、運営上の更新が効率的に行われるようにすること
2. ホテルの設備メンテナンス、設備アップグレード、資産管理の全フェーズを管理すること
3. 複数のプロジェクトのタイムラインと優先順位を管理し、ホテル運営と顧客との混乱を最小限に抑えること
4. 客室やアメニティの増設設計・建設を含む、拡張プロジェクトを計画・監督すること

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required :

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the hospitality industry, with a focus on facilities maintenance and construction projects.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, AutoCAD) and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese

• Deep understanding of building operations, construction, and maintenance, specifically within the Japanese market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
