職務内容：■会計・管理業務全般
・製造工場における実績/見込/予算の作成及び管理
・会計監査人との連携
■内部統制管理
■本社(日本)との連携
・本社(日本)からの指示・要求における社内展開調整
（実績見込み予算はローカルスタッフが担当）
・日本側からの要求に対して、社長と報告数値調整
・ローカルスタッフ間が問題あったときや日本報告時の介入
