This is a role for a highly-skilled HR professional with experience in talent management and resourcing. You will also need to be strategic, influential and confident in building relationships with colleagues at all levels

Description

* Identifying our HR needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance

* Organizing and overseeing individual and team training and development programs

* Planning regular colleague performance reviews and feed back to GM, Managers, and Head of HR

* Developing and implementing employee retention programs or strategies

* Understanding talent planning and resource forecasting

* Developing effective strategies for identifying skills gaps within the workforce

* Understanding the current recruitment trends and our global talent markets to identify the impact upon the business

* Anticipating the region's future talent needs and working with senior leaders to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the Company's success

* Developing and implementing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
