IT Business Analyst - ERP / CRM

Company Profile

A major US healthcare and medical equipment company with a strong presence in Japan.

The Role

• You will be part of an internal IT team focused primarily on commercial IT activities; and will be working on implementation and integration projects for their SFDC and SAP systems.
• You will be need to work with stakeholders from across the business to understand their challenges and requirements, and then work with IT stakeholders to develop and execute the appropriate solution.
• This is a global company, though Japan has many unique systems in use. There will likely be projects focusing on consolidating existing systems; identifying and decommissioning dormant systems; and working on aligning current systems to global standards where possible.
• You'll also need to be able to speak in a way that simplifies IT solutions to the business - you'll be bridging the gap between tech teams and the wider business.

Your Skills

• High business level Japanese and English are mandatory for this role - you will not be able to proceed without these.
• Previous experience as a business analyst (or working in a tech role with a lot of requirements gathering) would be perfect for this role.
• Any exposure or experience of doing business analysis for CRM / ERP systems would be useful, regardless of industry.
