• Comprehensive strategic consulting experience and/or experience working in business planning or finance in Pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Japanese
• MBA preferred, but a bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Demonstrated learning agility, ability to manage complexity, and strong communication skills.
