• Handle periodic closing reports
• Communicate financial matters to key auditors
• Oversee budget and forecast financial outcomes
• Drive process enhancements and key initiatives
• Establish and manage a team
• Cooperate with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, accounting, finance, or a relevant discipline is ideal
• More than 7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and an international setting
• Knowledge of the payroll process and labor law and regulation
• Understanding of Japanese accounting and taxation
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English
