Responsibilities:

• Enhance plans to align with manufacturing capacity
• Manage purchase orders and lead times
• Review forecasts and demand regularly
• Compile data for monthly meetings
• Oversee supply execution and inventory management
• Analyse data for SKU recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Supervise Planner activities for reliability
• Achieve Supply Chain KPI targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in business, statistics, supply chain management, operations, finance, accounting, or relevant domain (master's degree is ideal)
• 4-6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain management, production control, logistics, and manufacturing
• More than 3 years of experience with MRP and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Knowledge in planning and materials management (regulated manufacturing and production control environment)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Fluent level spoken and written Japanese and English
