Description

• Conduct monthly and yearly variance analysis for actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
• Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts.
• Enter accrual figures into the accounting system and forecast figures into the forecasting system.
• Provide financial analysis support to other business functions.
• Guide and support the development of direct reports.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Finance Department of an international company.
• Experience in budget development, ideally having done so multiple times.
• Knowledge of both primary and secondary accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Excel and other office software (experience with data analysis tools is a plus).
• Familiarity with major ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills in both the local language and English, written and spoken.
• Relevant accounting certification or equivalent experience.
• Persistent and thorough in data analysis and problem-solving.
