* Establishes and directs continuous educations programs and software updates training for CAD designers and Clinical specialists.

* Experience as a Training, Operations, Project or Program Manager directly managing and developing supervisor/ managers.
* Experience in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators.
* Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods.
