- Lead the forefront of HR inquiries within Japan, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Drive day-to-day HR operations with precision and care.
- Ensure seamless alignment of company policies with Japanese labor law
- Direct the comprehensive spectrum of HR activities, spanning from strategic planning and recruitment to seamless on-boarding and graceful off-boarding.
- Champion performance management initiatives and foster robust employee relations.
- Masterful orchestration of internal and external stakeholder relationships for optimal organizational synergy.
