TA Partner - Tech

As the TA Partner for the business unit you will be in charge of, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for Japan. This role will be focusing on more senior candidates and quality vs volume hiring.

• Work closely with hiring managers in making sure that the hiring strategies of the business unit are best for the current market
• Ensure that the talent needs of each department is assessed properly and fulfilled in a timely manner
• Utilize resources to attract talented individuals to join the organization
• Assess the skills, experience and culture fit of potential employees
• Lead initiatives and projects in the team assigned to ensure best practices in hiring
• Provide a good experience to all potential employees from recruitment until offer stage

• Fluency in Japanese, business level in English
• Strong communication skills - be able to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
• At least 5 years of full cycle recruitment experience (in-house, agency or RPO are all welcome!)
• Detail oriented and quick to adapt in a fast paced-environment
• Can think outside of the box in solving problems
