Job Description

This regional business partnering role will strategize on business unit effectiveness, engagement and change management of business-critical initiatives. Stakeholder management and change management will be integral parts of the role.

Description

  • build relationships with the leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor to the business
  • support the delivery of the people strategy to align with the direction of the company to drive business growth
  • drive the talent agenda
  • facilitate talent reviews
  • support the development of DE&I initiatives
  • strategize on business metrics to provide insights and recommendations to influence decision making
  • coach senior leaders to manage the HR side of business changes
  • change management

  • support on employee relations and performance management as needed
