【 Job Description 】

【Responsibilites】
You will be responsible for back-end development of the company's services. Specifically,
・Overall backend development of ONE CAREER / ONE CAREER PLUS / ONE CAREER CLOUD
・Design and development of common services used by multiple services
・Performance tuning and refactoring
*You will team up with front-end engineers and UI/UX designers to develop products to create a consistent user experience across multiple layers, including infrastructure, data, and presentation.

【Technical Environment】
・Languages: Ruby, TypeScript, Go
・Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, Nuxt.js/Vue.js
・Development Support: Storybook, Swagger
・Database: PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, MongoDB
・Infrastructure: AWS (ECS/ECR on Fargate, S3, Route53, RDS, Cognito)
・Monitoring: Sentry, CloudWatch
・DevOps: CircleCI, Terraform
・Communication: Slack, Confluence, JIRA
・Version control: Github
・Release: Regular release every Thursday

【About Remote Work】
You are required to live within 2 hours of the office.
　- You are required to come to the office at least 2 days a week until you have been with us for 1 month.

【MUST】
・Experience in back-end development of web applications using Ruby on Rails or similar
・Experience in development using compiled languages such as Go and Java
・Experience in operating and building infrastructure using AWS / GCP
・Able to read English documents without any difficulty
・For non-Japanese nationals, Japanese language skills at JLPT N1 level (able to communicate smoothly in promoting projects).
