【 Job Description 】

The Quality Assurance (QA) team, with the mission of “improving quality from the customer's perspective,” cooperates with the technical department to conduct quality assurance activities for the company's products, conduct technical research for product improvement, reflect the results of such research in evaluation tools, and produce patents.

As the number of locations where products are installed is steadily increasing to several thousand in Japan, this QA team is playing an increasingly important role in meeting the needs and expectations of our customers.

They are looking for a QA Engineer who will support the quality improvement of our products while staying in touch with the latest technology.

●Responsibilities
・Conduct verification tests as a QA team engineer
・Organize past troubles described in Japanese and in-house know-how, and feed them back to product design
・Technical research for product improvement
・Development of product evaluation methods and tools (software)
・Evaluation of product performance (with support for outdoor experiments)
・Patent production
・Quality improvement activities in cooperation with development team, etc.

■Working Environment
Annual holidays are 123 days, and the company adopts a flextime system with core hours from 10:00 to 16:00. Average overtime hours are 20 to 30 hours.
