【Recruitment Background】
The company is developing business applications that support socio-industrial infrastructure based on the SENSYN CORE platform. In the future, we intend to grow SENSYN CORE and new products to support more advanced operations and complex use cases. The company is looking for an Infrastructure and Service Base Engineer to strengthen the development infrastructure.

【Responsibility】
・Propose, design, and implement measures that contribute to service availability and security
・Propose, design, and implement measures to improve overall system development efficiency
・Design and build system monitoring and alerts
・Build and support CD/CI with GitHub Action
・Establish cloud infrastructure operation mechanism with Terraform, and provide technical support to development members.
・Visualization and prioritization of issues throughout the system
・Design and construction of log collection and analysis infrastructure
・Primary response to system incidents
・Implementation of automated security testing
・Design and construction of identity infrastructure

【Team】
You will be a member of the Technology Group, which has approximately 60 engineers, including partners. The group is organized in a matrix structure with the following engineering teams and project/product teams. You will be a member of the Service Infrastructure Team, which builds infrastructure and service infrastructure for products and projects on a horizontal basis. Currently, the team consists of 3 members led by a tech lead.

・Base salary revision twice a year

・4+ years of experience in software development, operations, and maintenance
・Experience in building cloud infrastructures using Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM, etc.
・Experience with RDB and NOSQL database development
・Ability to keep up with trends and select technologies with an eye on business growth.
・Smooth interpersonal communication in Japanese in a remote work environment
・Able to make appropriate suggestions during code reviews
・Ability to use basic commands of Unix-like OS such as Linux
・Experience in code management using Git
・Documentation in Japanese or English
・Experience in DevOps practices (welcome)
