A large multi-national company is looking for a Supply Chain/Logistics/Disribution field tech professional to handle below tasks;
- Develop marketing, customer experience initiatives and DX strategies, to support sales and promotion of the company's customer service
- Work with business divisions on DX planning projects
- Plan strategies related to modernization of IT systems and platforms.
- Drive forward the IT projects in domestic and overseas sales, customer service, and customer experience teams
- Create and implement Strategic plans and Expectation management for IT services
- Communicate with and/or manage vendors and engineers
