The Program Buyer is responsible for managing interface between program and suppliers anticipating the specific requirements for new programs （supplier technologies geographical location and target costs） and ensuring the commodity panel strategy is appropriate to support the program.
The role selects and pilots suppliers from the agreed supplier panel in order to achieve Program objectives.

Qualifications ・ Education: Bachelor's degree ・ English level: Business level ・ Japanese level: Business level Experience: 【Must】 ・ Purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry ・ Experience of business coordination with English ・ Knowledge of parts related to electronic parts for automotive 【Nice to have】 ・ Experience of business coordination with Chinese teams ・ Business level Chinese （conversation reading and writing） ・ First experience in purchasing or in program management Skills and competencies: ・ Negotiation ・ Strategic thinking ・ Knowledge of product design development and launch processes ・ Knowledge of supplier cost structure ・ Good written and oral presentation skills ・ Good planning and organization skills ・ International mindset ・ Ability to work in a matrix organization.
