プログラムの収益性管理
〇具体的には受注前から生産終了までの10年前後に渡るプロジェクト財務予測エクセルの作成・管理
〇上記には、売上/売上原価のみならず開発費や金型費等の当該プログラムに関わるお金の動きすべてが含まれ、これらをB/S、P L、Cashflowとして表現する
・プログラムに関する各種財務シミュレーションの作成
・収益性を高めるための他部門への働きかけ
・その他プログラム収益性管理に付随する業務
・ntercompany取引の価格調整
