In this position, you will be partnering with marketing, sales, and business unit teams, you will plan and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business targets across different business units for Japan market.

Description

• Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Collaborate with leadership teams to create and implement Japan's strategic marketing plan, setting goals and managing marketing projects.
• Promote Industry and Product Marketing: Develop strategies to grow business in key segments and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Support Sales and Lead Management: Coordinate with resources to drive campaign deliverable and work with the Sales team on lead management and database maintenance.
• Manage Communications and Reviews: Support management reviews, internal events, and manage external vendors and PR agencies, developing marketing assets.
• Team Leadership: Set and manage team objectives, optimizing the marketing team and organizing cross-Business Units initiatives.

• From 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in B2B Manufacturing industry.
• Background from oil, gas, chemical, or industrial is a plus.
• People management experience.
• Fluent in English and Japanese
