【社内IT部門】社内SE/ITアプリケーション運用リード
【業務内容】
- アプリケーション運用；当社内で利用されている主にローカル導入・ローカル開発のアプリケーションに関する運用。業務運用というよりはテクニカルな面での運用。
- ベンダー管理；アプリケーション運用を担当するベンダーを管理し、最適な状態に持っていく。
- 障害対応；障害を減らすための事前対応。障害発生時の対応。
- 他チームとの調整（インフラチーム、Projectチーム他）、Projectサポート
- 問い合わせ対応、調査。
- コスト管理；特にアプリケーション運用に係る業務委託費部分のコスト管理

Required Skills
【必須要件】
- アプリケーション運用、アプリケーション開発、サーバー管理など、関連する業務のバックグラウンド。
- 特にWindows Server、Active Directory、IIS、SQL Server、.NET Framework/.NET Core/.NETなどMicrosoft環境のバックグラウンド。障害対応を行える程度のテクニカルな知識。（※必須経験: IIS & SQL Server）
- ベンダーを管理しつつ自身も手を動かしながらマネージする能力。
- 英語力（単独で会議可能なレベル）。基本的には日々の業務は日本語で行うが、一部グローバル担当者とのやり取りが発生する事があり得る。
- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）
【望ましいスキル】
- 今後、Microsoft Azure環境を使っていく事が増える可能性があるため、Azureについての経験があると尚可。
