Job Description

As a dynamic Talent Acquisition Senior/Specialist in APAC, you will take charge of overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for Japan, with occasional involvement in other North & Southeast Asia regions.

Description

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to fulfill the organization's staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct recruitment activities across all levels, including executive-level positions, mid-level management, and entry-level roles.
  • Lead regional campus recruitment efforts and promote the hiring of fresh graduates and diverse talents.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of international recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in campus recruitment preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
  • Agency recruitment or RPO experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding principles and strategies as well as passion to discover and implement alternative/new ways to attract talent through the use of technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
