【業務内容】
- 品質保証プロセスおよび手順を開発、導入、維持し、業界標準のコンプライアンス確保
- KPIを設定し、組織全体の品質パフォーマンスを改善
- 営業、IT、エンジニアリング、コンサルティングなどの部門横断的なチームと協力し、品質問題に取り組み、継続的な改善活動を推進
- 品質基準やベストプラクティスについて社員教育するためのトレーニングプログラムを開発・提供
- 品質管理における業界動向
- 品質に関するレポート作成し、経営幹部への報告
- 継続的改善の文化を組織全体に醸成させる
