担当業務

• SAP Basisのサービス、プロジェクト、エンハンスメント、ブレーク/フィックス要求に対するソリューションおよびサービスデリバリー全般の管理
• チームメンバーの管理、指導、助言
• SAPポートフォリオの予算、コスト、生産性の管理
• SAP HANAソリューションを活用したビジネスプロセスの標準化と自動化の推進 ビジネスプロセスをサポートし、改善するための最適なソリューションを定義するため、積極的にビジネスに関与する。期待以上のソリューションを開発・提供するために、計算されたリスクを取り、現在の慣行に挑戦することができること。
• ビジネスと機能に対するSAPソリューションの導入、ロールアウト、デリバリーを管理する。
• 統合されたインシデント、変更、問題管理の責任者。SAP Basisサポートのためのシステム、方法論、手順が整備され、遵守されていることを確認する。
• プロジェクト実行とアプリケーションサポートのため、グローバルに外部ベンダーと協力/協働する。

• Manage overall solution & service delivery for Services, projects, enhancement and break/fix demand for SAP Basis.
• Manage, lead and mentor team members
• Manage budget, cost and productivity for SAP portfolio
• Drive standardization & automation across business processes leveraging SAP HANA solutions. Actively engage with business in defining optimal solutions to support and improve business processes. Should be able to take calculated risks and challenge current practices to develop and deliver solutions to meet or exceed expectations.
• Manage SAP solution Implementations, rollouts and delivery for businesses & functions.
• Responsible for integrated incident, change and problem management. Ensure systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed for SAP Basis support.
• Work/collaborate with external vendors globally for projects execution & application support
• RISE transition Management

資格：

• 15年以上のSAP経験（大規模なSAPプログラムの導入経験を含む
• 期限内、予算内、範囲内でプロジェクトを成功させた実績のある経験
• SAP BASISマネージャーとしてSAP HANA導入の管理経験
• SAP HANAに関する設定および設計経験を有する業界および技術に関する専門知識
• SAPプロジェクトおよびサポートの管理に必要なツールや技術に精通していること（発券ツール、監視ツール、需要/容量管理ツール、監視ツールと自動化、プロジェクト追跡など）
• パブリッククラウド、特にAWS上でのSAPの経験があれば尚可。
• 意思決定に影響を与えることができ、プロジェクトデリバリーを推進できること。
• ネットウィーバーおよびSAP新次元製品に関する実務経験
• IaaS / PaaSソリューションに関する深い知識
• SAPランドスケープのサイジングと設計（パブリッククラウドとプライベートクラウド）
• HA/DRアーキテクチャ
• フェイルオーバー/フェイルバックメカニズム
• バックアップ/データ保持
• HANAデプロイメントアーキテクチャ
• SAP Solution Manager、SAP GRC
• SAP パフォーマンス管理

• 15+ years of experience in SAP including experience in deploying large SAP programs
• Proven experience of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, and in scope.
• Experience of managing SAP HANA implementations as a SAP BASIS Manager.
• Strong Industry and Technical expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP HANA
• Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation, Project tracking etc.)
• SAP on Public Cloud experience particularly on AWS will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.
• Hands on Experience on Net Weaver and SAP New dimensional products
• Deep knowledge of IaaS / PaaS solutions
• SAP Landscape Sizing & Design (public and private cloud)
• HA/DR architectures
• Failover / Failback mechanisms
