資格：

• 構造化された方法論を用いたソフトウェア・コンサルティング・サービスにおける10年以上の大規模インプリメンテーションの業界経験。
• デジタル領域（IoT、クラウド、AI、機械学習、スマートシティ、スマートエネルギー、ロジスティクス＆サプライチェーン等）に特化したソリューション/コンサルティング/プリセールス経験（2～3年程度
• 異なる地域（グローバル／ハイブリッドモデル）の複数のチームと協働した経験
• (望ましい）サプライチェーン、スマートシティ＆GIS、コネクテッド・ファシリティ、スマートエネルギー、コネクテッド・ユーティリティ分野におけるIoTソリューションの知識があれば尚可
• IoTおよびアナリティクス（IoT、クラウド、AI、機械学習、エンジニアリング等）に関する基礎知識
• 優れた組織能力、ファシリテーション能力、マネジメント能力
• 最小限の指導で成果を上げ、積極的に行動し、不確実性に対処する能力
• 豊富なステークホルダー管理経験
• ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントに堪能であること
• 日本および他地域のチームとの協働に前向きな方

Qualifications:

• 10  years of  industry experience in large scale implementations in software consulting services using a structured methodology.
• About 2 to 3 years of experience in solutioning/consulting/pre-sales focusing exclusively on the digital space in digital area (IoT, Cloud, AI, Machine learning, smart city, smart energy, Logistics & Supply chain etc.,)
• Experinence working with multiple teams in different geo (global/hybrid model)
• (Preferred) IoT solution knowledge in the area of Supply chain, Smart City & GIS, Connected Facilities, Smart energy, Connected utility is added advantage
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, Management skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertaint
• Rich experience in stakeholder management
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point
• Openness to collaborate with the teams in Japan as well as in the other geographies
