資格：

• システム構築、IT業務などのインフラ分野での経験： 5年以上
• PC、サーバー、メインフレーム等のインフラ分野であれば種類は問いません。
• プロジェクトリーダーとしての実務経験3年以上
• また、PM、エンジニア、運用、インフラ開発者など、プロジェクト参加時のポジションは問いません。
• リーダーまたはサブリーダーとしてチーム・プロジェクトを率いた経験 1年以上
• 日本語スキル ネイティブレベル（十分な口頭・文書でのコミュニケーション能力、関係者との調整能力）
• 英語スキル 読み書きレベル

  Qualifications:

• Experience in the infrastructure field of system construction and IT work: 5 years or more

• Over 3 years of experience working as a project lead.
