ITアーキテクト・マネージャー /IT Architect Manager

担当業務

• マネージャーとして、システムインフラの設計・構築を推進するチームをサポートします。また、大規模システムの設計・構築を担当するプレイングマネージャーでもあります。
• チームメンバーがシステムインフラを設計・構築する際には、その進捗をサポートし、発生した課題・問題・調整への対応、エスカレーション対応、各種実務対応などを行います。
• また、チームの人事管理もお任せします。(要員管理者数：2～5名程度を想定）
• As a manager, you will support a team that promotes the design and construction of system infrastructure. He is also a playing manager responsible for designing and constructing large-scale systems.
• When team members design and build system infrastructure, they will support the progress, support issues, problems, and adjustments that arise, handle escalations, and handle various practical responses.
• We will also be responsible for the personnel management of the team. (Number of personnel managers: Assumed to be approximately 2 to 5 employees)

資格：

• システム構築、IT業務経験 7年以上
• システム構築プロジェクト経験 3年以上
• インフラ工数10人月以上のプロジェクトに携わった経験
• 目標管理、教育、業績管理など部下のマネジメント経験：2年以上
• 要件定義書、基本設計書、移行計画書等、上流工程の主要なエンジニアリング成果物の作成経験

日本語 ネイティブレベル / 英語スキル 読み書き問題ないレベル

Qualifications:

• Experience in system construction and IT work: 7 years or more
• Experience in system construction projects: 3 years or more
• Experience working on projects with infrastructure man-hours of 10 or more man-months.
• Experience in managing subordinates, including goal management, training, performance management, etc.: 2 years or more
• Experience in creating major engineering deliverables for upstream processes, such as requirements definition documents, basic design documents, and transition plans.
• Japanese: Native level / English skills: Comfortable reading and writing level
